Terms & Conditions
Effective September 19, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the First Move Academy (“FMA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website and provide general terms for FMA training services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Participation in training may also require separately presented enrollment, waiver, payment, scheduling, and program terms.
1. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes related to learning about FMA, requesting an athlete evaluation, and exploring programs. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or use its content in violation of law or these terms.
2. Training Services and Program Placement
FMA offers athlete evaluations, memberships, performance training, personal-training packages, soccer performance, and related athlete-development services. Submitting an evaluation request does not guarantee acceptance, placement, availability, a specific appointment, or a particular result. Recommendations may depend on the athlete’s goals, needs, readiness, and available programming.
3. Memberships, Packages, and Enrollment Fees
Current website pricing identifies FMA Essential at $109 per month, FMA Studio at $149 per month, personal-training packages starting at $489, and a separate $199 enrollment fee. Other published rates remain subject to their displayed descriptions and applicable tax. A package price is not a monthly membership fee.
Before enrollment or purchase, FMA should provide the applicable scope, duration, billing schedule, expiration terms, and any additional written conditions for the selected service.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, Missed Sessions, and Refunds
Evaluation requests and training availability are subject to confirmation by FMA. Specific cancellation windows, rescheduling rules, treatment of missed sessions, package expiration, membership changes, and refund eligibility have not been approved for publication on this website.
5. Athlete Participation
Athletes are expected to follow coaching instructions, facility rules, safety directions, and standards of respectful conduct. FMA may modify or stop an activity when reasonably necessary for safety, appropriate instruction, or program operation.
6. Parent or Guardian Responsibility
A parent or legal guardian is responsible for enrolling a minor, providing accurate and complete information, disclosing known training considerations, completing required waivers or authorizations, and ensuring the athlete follows applicable program and safety requirements.
7. Physical Activity and Assumption of Risk
Sports performance and fitness training involve physical exertion and inherent risks, including soreness, strains, falls, collisions, and more serious injury. Participation is voluntary. Participants and parents or guardians should consider the athlete’s condition and the demands of training before participation.
This website does not provide medical advice. Athletes should obtain medical clearance from an appropriate licensed healthcare professional when required or when there is a health concern, injury, limitation, or uncertainty about safe participation. Emergency or urgent medical concerns should be directed to qualified medical services.
Any participation waiver, release, or assumption-of-risk agreement must be separately reviewed and accepted where required; this website page is not a substitute for an approved participation waiver.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Athletic, academic, recruiting, NIL, financial, business, or career results are not guaranteed. Outcomes vary based on many factors, including participation, consistency, health, effort, opportunity, and circumstances outside FMA’s control.
9. Intellectual Property and Website Content
The First Move Academy name, branding, training concepts, text, photographs, graphics, and other website content are owned by or used with permission by FMA and are protected by applicable law. Content may not be copied, republished, sold, or used commercially without permission, except for ordinary personal viewing and sharing of website links.
10. Third-Party Links and Jock Wealth
The website may link to third-party services and external destinations. Jock Wealth is presented as an extension of FMA’s athlete-development philosophy, but its external website, platform, offerings, privacy practices, and terms are operated under its own policies. Following Eric Garza’s Jock Wealth link takes the visitor to an external destination. FMA does not control or replace the external site’s terms.
11. Changes to Services or Terms
FMA may update website content, programs, availability, and these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date. Commercial terms applicable to an existing purchase should be governed by the written terms provided for that transaction.
12. Contact Information
Questions about these terms should be sent through FMA’s official business contact channel once published on this website.
13. Legal Review
These terms are intended as a practical website framework and should be reviewed by a qualified attorney for the governing jurisdiction before FMA relies on them for enrollment, payment, waivers, liability allocation, or dispute resolution.
